Abstract

Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to carry out the resurfacing of a resident’s car park and relocation of amenities in Bridgend. The works required include; • Removal and disposal of existing surface, including sub base, binder course and top course • Provision and Instillation of new surface, including sub base, binder course and top course (No requirement for markings or signage) • Relocation of Bin store and re-cycling area The property will be occupied during the works, and as such the appointed contractor will need to demonstrate the ability to manage appropriate tenant liaison.

Hafod Car Park Resurfacing - Greenmeadow

2.2 Description of the goods or services required

Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to carry out the resurfacing of a resident’s car park and relocation of amenities in Bridgend.
