Description of the goods or services required
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board require a contractor to upgrade the existing central alarm system for the medical gases at Wrexham Maelor Hospital.
The existing medical gas alarm system is dated; the manufacturer no-longer supports the installed product and replacement parts are not available. The system is now defunct and is not being used. It is proposed for a completely new system to be installed with new panels, transmitters, cabling, containment, connection to existing plant control panels, etc.

The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 40% quality and 60% cost as detailed in the ITT document. Please note that the tender closing date is 14/10/2019 at midday and any late submissions will not be considered.
