Abstract
Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion (hereinafter referred to as the College/s, or CSG / CC) wish to appoint a suitably qualified Service Provider to conduct building energy assessments to produce Display Energy Certificates (DECs) and Advisory Reports (ARs) that are required to meet part of the statutory requirements under the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2018.
The University of Wales Trinity Saint David (hereinafter referred to as the University / UWTSD) will join the agreement in 2020.
The agreement will last for a total of 7 years, subject to satisfactory performance reviews meetings per annum.
This contract, which will be accessible by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David Group (UWTSD, University of Wales, Coleg Sir Gar and Coleg Ceredigion).
