Abstract
The assignment requires an intensive scoping exercise to review and establish Social Care Wales’ offer for Service Improvement, Innovation, Research & Data to the social care sector. This work will need to identify the needs, gaps and opportunities within the social care sector to support the ambition at a national level of driving up improvement and quality of service delivery and transforming service delivery.
This will support policy ambitions as set out in the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act and around integration of care and support to support for individuals (adults and children) and their carers as set out in Healthier Wales.
