Description of the goods or services required

The Welsh Government are seeking to appoint a Contractor to undertake the construction of a new service road to provide access to proposed future development plots at Bro Tathan.

The works are to include, but no be limited to, the following:

- Preparatory works including the erection of a compliant security hoarding providing a boundary demarcation between the airside and landside areas;

- Suitable traffic management arrangements;

- Site clearance and preparation;

- The disconnection or diversion of any below ground services;

- The construction of a new 7.5m wide service road including kerbs etc;

- The construction of a vehicle turning area;

- The installation of associated surface water drainage;

- The installation of associated ducting provision;

- Associated road markings
