Abstract

Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint one (1) contractor to undertake the New Build Scheme including the demolition of existing block of flats at Melyn Cl, Neath over the period of up to a maximum 18 months. Therefore, Tenderers are invited to submit a detailed ITT against the attached specification and all relevant documents attached on a price/quality basis. Tarian consists of: • demolish the existing 5 storey modular building (which has an overpowering presence in the vicinity) • replace with 2no. 3 storey apartment blocks (which consists of 6 x 3P2B apartments, 12 x 2P1B apartments) and a 2 storey apartment block (consisting of 2 x 2P1B apartments). • The buildings have been designed with a fabric first approach with the inclusion of renewable energy aiming to EPC A.
