Abstract
Powys Teaching Health Board are seeking to establish a cohort of individuals or companies who are able to act as investigators in relation to workforce and service issues to support the organisation when it is more appropriate to have an external investigators. These matters may range from disciplinary allegations, grievance submissions, bullying, sex or racial harassment allegations, whistle blowing/disclosure and any other matter where there is a need to establish the facts or ascertain whether there is a concern.
