Description of the goods or services required

You are invited to compete in a tender exercise for the provisioning of technical work of developing all components of a Generic Tutor Support Package and a Public Services Tutor Support Package for Grwp Llandrillo Menai, to include:E-learning self-study resource - Two Digital tutor handbooks (one generic and one public services) - Bilingual glossary app

Each component of the package must be accessible from the other components. The resources must be fully bilingual, with the ability to toggle between Welsh and English with ease and created in Articulate Storyline Software, HTML and SCORM formats. The entire project must be fully completed and submitted no later than 01/06/2022.

Submission must not exceed the Welsh Government's budget of £25,500 including VAT. For further details please see the Request for Quote document.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required

The completed set of Tutor Support Packages, consisting of an e-learning module, digital tutor handbook, and bilingual glossary app, created in Articulate Storyline Software, HTML and SCORM formats, can be completed and handed over by 01/06/2022, must be produced within a budget of £25,500 (inc. VAT) and have the necessary numbers of qualified/experienced staff to service the requirement to work through the medium of Welsh.
