Abstract

Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) sits alongside Health Boards and Trusts and is the only Special Health Authority within NHS Wales. HEIW have a leading role in the education, training, development, and shaping of the healthcare workforce, supporting high-quality care for the people of Wales. HEIW is looking to partner with an organisation to deliver a management development programme designed to enhance the skills, knowledge and competencies of our people managers within the organisation. We have a commitment within our People and Organisational Development Strategy to learning and development for our staff and investing in our workforce to develop skills, knowledge, and confidence to become human focussed leaders. We want to equip our people to lead compassionately and therefore a programme that will support participants to explore evidence based, practically applicable theories and models through self-reflection, conversation, peer-based activities and in team experiments. The programme is to provide new and middle managers who have direct line management responsibilities or aspiring soon to be managers. The aim of the management develop programme is to equip line managers with the skills and capabilities that support the well-being of our workforce in a tangible way and make a difference to our workforce day to day.

3.The Contracting Authority will not accept completed ITT's after the stated closing date.
