II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The successful Bidder will provide offline and online booking solutions for the Clients Business Travel and Accommodation requirements. This includes for hotels, train, air and Eurotunnel requirements. The successful Bidder will provide all the services described in the specification, including complimentary user training, online user guides/ guidance and management information as described in this specification. The contract term will be for 2 years, plus a two year and an additional one year optional extension periods available to the Client.
