Provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance Services at Estyn’s Offices - Anchor Court, Cardiff

2.2

Description of the goods or services required

The purpose of this exercise is to contract with a supplier who can provide a range of PPM services for the demised area within Anchor Court occupied by Estyn.

The successful Contractor will be required to:

-

• provide a reliable and high-quality facilities management service that meets the needs of Estyn.

• ensure that the property is maintained to maximise the use of available resources.

• react to issues in line with agreed performances indicators.

• always ensure confidentiality and security of work.

• address fully and promptly any queries or quality issues which may arise.

• adhere to health and safety and environmental legislation in carrying out their work.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The Contract shall commence on 1 November 2026 and continue for an initial term of 24 months (1 November 2026 to 31 October 2028). Subject to continued satisfactory Contractor performance, Estyn reserves the option to extend the Contract for up to two further periods of 12 months, on the same terms and conditions.

Full possible contract duration 4 years (via a duration of 2 + 1 + 1 years).
