For the purpose of the Tender the Contractor is to assume the premises are that of a school, that is a live facility for school children and Staff. And or a Public Building which is in use by members of the public.
The Contractor is to assume that all works are to be carried out at "Ground Level" and to assume there is safe access to the site. The Contractor is also to assume that works are to be carried out within a "standard " working day that being between the hours of 8.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

Due to increased workload and market rates of materials and labour increasing. The contract has therefore been increased to allow the service to maintain its current service level. And to allow sufficient time to complete a new tender process in 2026/27.
