This exercise is intended to inform future planning and does not represent a commitment to undertake a procurement process.

The Council is particularly interested in solutions that support:

• Domiciliary Care scheduling and visit management.

• Residential Care rostering and workforce management.

• Workforce resource teams and shared staffing models.

• Mobile working for frontline care staff.

• Skills, compliance and workforce competency management.

• Payroll, travel and workforce payment processes.

• Reporting, operational oversight and management information.

• Continuity of care and workforce utilisation.

• Integration with care management, HR, payroll, finance and identity management systems.

The Council intends to provide a high-level requirements document to interested suppliers and may invite suppliers to demonstrate how their solution supports the functional areas identified.

Participation in this engagement is for information and planning purposes only and does not commit the Council to any procurement or award. All interested parties are encouraged to register their interest by 22/09/26 to participate in the demonstration sessions which we are planning to hold in October.

Details of any formal tender will be provided in due course.
