The Children’s Commissioning Consortium Cymru (4Cs) are undertaking market engagement in relation to the future development of the All-Wales Foster Framework.

This engagement is aimed at foster care providers who are not currently appointed to the framework, organisations considering entering the Welsh market, and other interested stakeholders. The event will provide an opportunity to gain insight into future commissioning opportunities, market conditions, and the evolving fostering landscape across Wales.

Engagement process description

Engagement activities will be undertaken with both current Framework Providers and non-framework providers in the period leading up to the publication of the tender opportunity. The engagement process will provide suppliers with information and enable the Authority to obtain feedback from the market to help inform the final procurement strategy and tender documentation. Participation in market engagement activities is voluntary and will not provide any advantage in any subsequent procurement process.
