The fundamental purpose of the Framework is to provide a reliable, effective, and satisfactory service for the reuse and recycling of textiles materials from individual local authorities specified locations in the Collaborating Local Authorities in Resource Efficiency (CLAIRE) Wales Group of Local Authorities.
For the avoidance of doubt, textiles include all clothing and shoes, whereby, clothing includes all garments, such as belts, hats, bags, etc.
