Arranging interviews (the interviews and any associated tasks or presentations, will be conducted our end though assistance in scheduling will be required) 5. Pre-employment screening (Referencing and right to work checks) 6. Total quantity or scope of tender

Budget

We have a budget ceiling for the initial phase of the project of £60,000 (inclusive of VAT). We are relying upon receiving realistic pricing from suppliers in terms of what is achievable within this budget, which includes a breakdown of activity, including expenses.

As part of this procurement process we would like the suppliers to:

- provide options on how we can meet the requirements of this work through providing the breakdown of costs to offer us value for money.

- Provide options on costs to support any further recruitment as part of this contract (outside of the initial 30 posts)

Length of contract

The contract will run initially until 30 September 2022 with a possibility of being extended for a further 6 months, up to a total period of 12 months.

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

The ATS will need to be accessible in Welsh and English as candidates will need to be given the choice of language (Welsh or English) for all elements of their appli-cation. This includes all documentation related to the post being available in both languages.

We also require our recruitment systems and approaches to support the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
