Purpose and Summary of Document:

To provide agencies with a brief on the requirements of Swansea Bay University Health Board (SBUHB) for mapping of healthy weight systems across the area (Neath Port Talbot & Swansea), to assist with implementation of the Healthy Weight: Healthy Wales strategy. This includes:

Produce system maps to detail specific sub-systems related to healthy weight in SBUHB.

Produce a baseline social network analysis map.

Engage with key stakeholders to inform mapping exercise through interviews and/or engagement events.
