2.2 Description of the goods or services required

This tender is to procure a solution to allow South Wales Fire and Rescue Service to stream hybrid meetings live so they can be viewed by members of the public via an appropriate portal / webpage.

Please note, for the purposes of this tender, hybrid meetings are defined as meetings with attendees being in person and / or using video conference technology.
