Conservation Area Appraisals, Management Plans and Audit of Vacant Listed Buildings

Description of the goods or services required

Ceredigion County Council is seeking to procure the services of a qualified and experienced consultant to prepare appraisals and management plans, alongside undertaking a boundary review, for the conservation areas in 6 of the County’s towns.

To supplement the appraisals and management plans, the Local Authority also requires an audit of vacant listed buildings located within the town centres.

This project forms part of the council’s 2023/2024 UK Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF) application. Bidders should be aware that the funding has not yet been confirmed.
