The requirement will be split into two modules, one to guard the Health Boards’ estates and a spate module for security of Patients, staff & Visitors at the hospital sites.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, hosted by Velindre NHS Trust and on behalf of Betsi Cadwaldwr University Health Board are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified provider to supply Security guarding services across the Health Board’s three District General Hospital sites. The tender will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender based on 50% cost and 50% technical as detailed in the ITT document. Please note that the tender closing date is 29/10/2018 at midday and any late submissions will not be considered.
