Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd ('Bron Afon') is seeking to appoint a suitably accredited, experienced and skilled organisation to provide ICT support services.
The primary object and core requirements (‘Core Requirements’) of the proposed contract are ICT support services which are required to facilitate the ongoing management and maintenance of Bron Afon’s existing ICT estate.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Core Requirements do not include purchase of software, hardware or infrastructure.

Bron Afon may request the appointed Economic Operator to supply ICT software, hardware or infrastructure elements at additional cost (‘Associated Requirements’).
Associated Requirements are to be treated as options in the contract. As such Bron Afon offers no guarantee, warranty or undertaking in relation to soliciting or accepting any volume or value of proposals for Associated Requirements.
In all circumstances, the appointed Economic Operator will be requested to submit a proposal or quotation for supply of Associated Requirements. This proposal or quotation will be bench-marked against alternative sources of supply.
The request for the supply of Associated Requirements may be made at any time during the contract. The requests will be strictly limited to supply of Associated Requirements for the incremental improvement, modification, extension or upgrade of existing software, hardware and infrastructure.

VI.3) Additional information
TUPE
It is the preliminary view of Bron Afon that there may be Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment Regulations) 2006 as amended (‘TUPE’) implications attached to this contract. Basic Employee Information (‘TUPE Information’) has been provided by the current Service Provider(s). In accordance with Regulation 21 (3) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as amended, Bron Afon requires Tendering Organisations to request a copy of the TUPE Information via the electronic procurement solution messaging facility. This request must include a signed copy of the Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement on the Tendering Organisations headed paper. The Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreement is included as an appendix to the Invitation to Tender document.
The deadline for requesting TUPE information shall be 12:00 Hours (noon) on Thursday 14 November 2019.
TIME LIMITS FOR RESPONSE
For the avoidance of doubt the time limits for response to this contract opportunity have been calculated taking into consideration the above requirements in accordance with Regulation 53 (5) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as amended.
ESTIMATED CONTRACT VALUE
For the avoidance of doubt the estimated contract value stated in this notice has been calculated in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 6 (19) (b) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as amended.
SITE VISIT
In order to better understand the area and conditions in which Bron Afon’s requirements are to be delivered, Tendering Organisations are able to attend a site visit to view Bron Afon's ICT estate. The site visit will be held in the afternoon of Thursday 24 October 2019. It is mandatory for Tendering Organisations to register their interest in attending the site visit. A maximum of two (2) representatives from a Tendering Organisation will be permitted for the site visit. Spaces for the site visit are limited and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. Tendering Organisations should register their interest in attending the site visit by sending a message via the secure messaging facility within eTenderWales. Further details regarding the site visit are set out within the procurement documents.
