Abstract
This tender is to appoint an experienced and innovative Events organiser to design, manage and deliver a fortnight of events, masterclasses, knowledge transfer and information sessions under the theme of Sustainable and Responsible Tourism & Hospitality.
The fortnight will have a mix of events in size and format aimed at businesses and their employees who work in the County of Conwy.
The fortnight will begin on Monday the 17th October and finish on the 31st October and the successfully appointed contractor will begin early August 2022.
The successful bidder will be required to deliver a minimum 10 events with a budget of up to £25,000 plus VAT.
