Over the next six months, Cardiff University is undergoing a service and technology review of its CRM approach to include the following:

Services review (people and processes)

an audit of our current CRM human resource structures, responsibilities, and processes

an options appraisal for organisation of our CRM services moving forward

Technology review (systems and data)

an evaluation of our current CRM technology for managing prospective student data, enquiries, events, and e-communications

an assessment of best-in-class technology in the marketplace

Whilst the technology review is being managed in-house, we are seeking external consultancy to undertake the services review alongside this; the output of which will form the basis of a business case to transform this area.
