Ceredigion - Architect & Supervision Services - Disabled Facilities Grants

Description of the goods or services required

Ceredigion County Council is seeking to appoint a RIBA qualified architect to support the council with undertaking design and project management for Disabled Facilities Grant work within the county.

The supplier will be expected to produce schemes based on an Occupational Therapist (OT) recommendation to improve the living conditions of Disabled Clients. Including:

• Measuring, drawing up schemes, producing Bill of Quantities based on an OT recommendation;

• Supervision of works on-site and undertaking valuations.
