Contract for Special Events Portable Cabin Hire

Description of the goods or services required

The contract for portable cabin hire will cover a 3-year period of events from 1st June 2021 to 31st March 2024 with the option to extend for a further 2 years. The requirements will change each year.

The request for quote is split into 4 lots:-

Lot 1 – Portable Cabins and Anti-Vandal Site Cabins

Lot 2 – Ticket Offices

Lot 3 – Dressing Rooms

Lot 4 – Pop Up Cabins/stalls

All events are subject to date changes; specification changes and are subject to the event going ahead.
