Lampeter Wellbeing Centre

Description of the goods or services required

Architectural and Project Management Services for RIBA Work Stages 3 -7 for the provision of a Wellbeing Centre at Lampeter Leisure Centre.

The commission will comprise of two Stages:

• Phase 1 – The Development Phase will bring the designs to RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stage No.3 - Developed Design and will include an application for planning permission (if deemed required).

• Phase 2 – Design services for RIBA Plan of Work 2013 Stages No. 4, No. 5, No. 6 and No. 7. You will need to indicate the fee for No. 4 -Technical Design, No. 5 - Construction, No. 6 - Hand Over and No 7 - In Use.

• There will be a break between phases 1 and 2 for the client and funders approval process.
