Abstract
Three Year Term Service Contract with the option to extend for an additional two years (as mutually agreed by both parties) to include carriageway resurfacing works at multiple separate locations in the County Borough including resurfacing, repositioning / lifting of ironwork, road markings and all other advance preparation works including traffic safety management measures and logistics. Many locations may be remote. Various highway types including residential estate, urban and rural locations. Some locations are single track where manoeuvring of vehicles and plant will require significant planning and use of suitably sized plant.
All organisations that successfully pass all elements of the selection stage will progress onto the Award Stage. This stage will be evaluated using the Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT) criterion based on 50% price and 50% quality evaluation. Full details in relation to the evaluation methodology will be published within the associated procurement documentation.
