Abstract
Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitably capable furniture supplier to supply, deliver and install a pre-defined list of office furniture to its re-designed office site in Cardiff.
The contract requires the supply of a number of furniture items from various manufacturers to be delivered and installed in the office location according to a designed floor plan.
Tenderers are permitted to submit with their tender alternatives to the Specification, together with the effect upon their tender amounts, provided only that they have submitted a tender which wholly meets the Specification. Of particular interest will be sourcing products from organisations within the UK and especially Wales.
Full details of the proposed products are to be provided with the tender submission for review. Any such alternative proposals to the specification shall be of no less a standard than is stated in the below Specifications and the remainder of the tender documents.
