Abstract

The Hywel Dda University Health Board has awarded a contract for a two year term from 1st September 2021 for innovative solutions to help with their Workforce Directorate with recruitment campaigns across a range of professions and specialties. This includes the creation of films and photography and other innovative/visual content to promote our services, culture, increase our online presence and Swyddi Hywel Dda Jobs branding. The key objectives being to increase the supply of staff into hard to fill areas and ensure Hywel Dda is an inclusive employer of choice able to retain their staff. The Health Board will award a 2-year contract.
