Purpose of this Expression of Interest

Estyn is seeking expressions of interest from suitably experienced suppliers who may be interested in a forthcoming procurement opportunity for the provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and associated maintenance services at its Anchor Court office.

The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to:

• identify suppliers who may be interested in tendering for the contract;

• provide prospective suppliers with an early indication of the anticipated scope of the requirement; and

• provide interested suppliers with an opportunity to visit the premises and familiarise themselves with the site and anticipated requirements before the formal Invitation to Tender (ITT) is issued

This EOI is a preliminary market engagement exercise and does not constitute an Invitation to Tender or a commitment by Estyn to enter into a contract with any supplier.

Site Visits

An important purpose of this EOI is to provide prospective suppliers with an opportunity to visit Anchor Court before the formal tender exercise begins (on or after 31st August 2026).

-

Estyn therefore encourages suppliers who are considering tendering for this opportunity to attend a site visit during the EOI period.

-

The site visit will provide suppliers with an opportunity to familiarise themselves with the premises, better understand the nature and scale of the anticipated PPM requirement and identify any matters they may need to take into consideration when deciding whether to participate in the subsequent tender exercise.

Site visits will be available between: - 17th – 19th August and 24th – 31st August 2026

Visits must be arranged in advance with Estyn.
