The Council has a requirement for suitably accredited and qualified Contractors to provide testing, servicing, repairs and maintenance services and installation works in relation to domestic Heating and Hot Water Systems powered by natural gas, oil, solid fuel and solar thermal energy in order to discharge its duty of care and statutory obligations.
Additionally, the Council also has a requirement for suitably accredited and qualified Contractors to provide service, repairs and maintenance services and works in relation to both hard wired and battery operated heat detectors, smoke detectors and CO detectors in order to discharge its duty of care and statutory obligations.
