Abstract

The Isle of Anglesey County Council are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to complete repairs and alterations to the Grade II Listed Former Market Hall, Holyhead. Works include removal of existing concrete floor, excavation of levels internally, reinstatement of missing stone columns, introduction of steel mezzanine structure and new concrete slab, creation of new structural openings, envelope repairs, window repairs and replacement, alterations to roof valley arrangement, new slate roof with patent glazed roof lights and associated roof accessories.
