Abstract
Conwy County Borough Council has now commissioned an evaluation of the OPUS Project which is bespoke intervention designed to support individuals that are over 25 years of age, that are long-term unemployed or economically inactive with multi barriers, to become employed. The project came into being on 1st September 2016 and has now finished 31st August 2019.
Conwy County Borough Council has now appointed an organisation with relevant skills and experience to evaluate the delivery and impact of the OPUS project. The OPUS project is funded by the Welsh European Funding Office (WEFO) which is part of the Welsh Government and manages the delivery of the EU Structural Funds projects in Wales.
