Abstract
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service are undertaking a tender exercise for the procurement of UAV Equipment and Servicing, inclusive of initial conversion training for up to 12 pilots.
Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service are an organisation who have used UAV technology for 5 years as part of its operational response capability. Having reviewed current arrangements, the Service intends to procure 2 replacement UAV’s to replace the technology currently utilized, with additional UAV equipment purchased during the term of the contract.
The contract will run for a 3 year period with an option to extend for a further 24 months.

Description of the contract
