Ceredigion County Council are looking to procure the services of a BREEAM Consultant to deliver the role of BREEAM Assessor and Accredited Professional (AP) for the new area primary school in the Aeron Valley, Ceredigion. This scheme is part funded by the Welsh Government, and therefore the completed scheme must be delivered with BREEAM Excellent accreditation.

The successful supplier must be accredited by BRE.
