Contract for the provision of FM Reactive & Planned Maintenance Electrical Works

North Wales Police continue to require the services of electrical contractors to carrying out reactive or planned maintenance on the North Wales Police & North Wales Fire & Rescue Services Estate. This is will be in the form of a framework agreement and will be awarded to a multiple number of contractors and in turn we will conduct mini-competition specific projects to the max value of £30K that arise through the length of the contract along with 24/7 365day reactive service to repair faults on a 2hr service level. Envisaged yearly annual expenditure split across the appointed contractors for specific jobs approximately £300,000. We will operate a rota system for reactive works.

The Force will require the successful contractor to be able to provide evidence of both their experience and best practice in this area of reactive or planned maintenance and the ability to undertake programmed work in an occupied environment.

The contract is likely to commence around early October 2021 and will run for a period of 5 years (2+the option to extend for 3 years in 12 monthly extensions if in agreement with both parties)
