Abstract

A 12 month contract with the option of a further 12 months to supply "social listening" software and training for an initial 10 users with the option of adding up to another 10 users. The purpose of which is to be able to monitor social media accounts. Public Health Wales requires a system that is accessible by many individuals, with different authorisation levels. The following functionality is required from the system; hashtag, keyword and campaign tracking, social surveillance functionality, especially around events and emergency planning, social media planning and scheduling features, preferably with a content bank or archive to allow for easy re-use of social content, automated reporting, ideally with a range of customisable report templates and the ability to identify stakeholders and members of the public across networks, with records of previous interactions. The successful software solution will improve the efficiency of our social media activity; increase the productive capacity of the digital communications team; provide valuable data and functionality to teams including CDSC and Environmental Health; and enable more data-driven decision-making, and clear demonstration of the ROI for communications activity.
