Abstract

Conwy County Borough Council (CCBC) are developing a strategy to develop Health & Wellbeing Hub Support. The proposed site is located at Llandrillo College, Llandudno Road, Rhos-on-Sea, Colwyn Bay. Post Code: LL28 4HZ. The Authority requires a Transport Consultant to undertake a Traffic Impact Assessment to identify the effects of the proposed new development on the traffic network and mitigate any adverse effects on the traffic flow and congestion. In response to questions we received regarding the tender evaluation criteria, we have decided to incorporate a quality assessment component into the evaluation process. The tenders will now be evaluated with 20% allocated to quality and 80% to price. For further details, please refer to the additional document we have uploaded.
