Abstract
Wyeside Arts Centre (WAC) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified architecturally led multi - disciplinary design team to work with the WAC Steering Group, in-house team, client project manager and appointed business consultancy team to deliver an innovative, visionary and creative feasibility study.
This scope of services is for an architecturally led multi-disciplinary design team, with the successful architect - lead consultant either having the required services in-house or engaging the remainder of the Team as sub consultants. The Client will therefore have a single point contact with the architect- lead consultant.
The successful team will have a proven track record in delivering detailed RIBA Stage 0-2 feasibility studies and have experience in working with arts businesses and in particular cinema, theatre, live music and arts performance buildings and generally public/commercial buildings. The successful team will also have experience in the refurbishment/re-configuration and restoration of listed buildings
