A suitably qualified, experienced and licensed contractor is required for the recycling and disposal of controlled waste within Caerphilly County Borough Council.
The recovery of dry recyclables from a mixed Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) stream (achieving 75% recycling annually) as well as the recovery of Dry Recyclables collected via a co-mingled system (achieving 80-90% recycling annually).
