Abstract
The purpose of this procurement is to appoint a Principal Contractor who shall be responsible for providing whole of the Works, in accordance with Works Information, Site Information and the Contract Data for the refurbishment of the ground floor 46/47 High Street, Newport. Works will include internal alterations and fitting out to create a new meeting room and revised office layout.
