Abstract
Hafod are seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced contractor to carry out the resurfacing of a resident’s car park and relocation of amenities in Bridgend.
The works required include;
• Removal and disposal of existing surface, including sub base, binder course and top course
• Provision and Instillation of new surface, including sub base, binder course and top course (No requirement for markings or signage)
• Relocation of Bin store and re-cycling area
The property will be occupied during the works, and as such the appointed contractor will need to demonstrate the ability to manage appropriate tenant liaison.
