Building on RBGO success in recent years, CEAT is a collaboration of 6 industrial partners working towards the prevention and treatment of ovarian cancer by embedding enabling technologies and innovation into pre-clinical drug development pipelines for:
The advancement of novel epigenetic drugs using cross cutting technology approaches.
The development of techniques to identify patients that will benefit from targeted epigenetic and non-epigenetic drug treatments
The generation of novel ADCs effective against ovarian cancer
For antibody development, the SPR detection instrument will be used for early-stage screening of hybridoma/bispecific libraries, to monitor expression and triage antibodies based on binding affinity, profiling binding specificity and providing detailed binding kinetics and affinity to characterisation.
