Abstract

**This contract was awarded in 2019** The works comprised the second phase of the proposed footway upgrading works between Llanrhos Road and Plas Penrhyn, Penrhyn Bay, in line with Active Travel Wales design guidance. The works continued the construction of a 3m wide shared foot/cycle path to its junction with Plas Penrhyn, where a new raised crossing was also provided to link the route to Penrhyn Bay Medical Centre and surrounding residential properties. Lighting improvements was provided as part of the works.
