Abstract

Contractor was to re roof in slate, the whole of the main school building. Re slating in new and reclaimed slate, new lead and new ridge tiles. Re-decorating all previously painted woodwork on site and refurbishing cast iron gutters where required. Work was to be completed before the end of the financial year, and contractor was to be mindful that stripping must be done out of hours.
