Description of the goods or services required

Severn Wye Energy Agency is looking for a Service Providers to provide a fully managed service to provide feasibility studies for up to five community renewable energy projects in Powys.

Powys Energy for All is funded by the Energy Redress Just Transition Fund, and is supported by Powys County Council. Details of the project can be found on the SWEA website at www.severnwye.org.uk/energy-for-all-powys.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The total value of the feasibility studies project is up to £40,000 (up to 5 feasibility studies at £8,000 per study) inclusive of VAT. All feasibility studies will be completed by 30 April 2026.

SWEA is looking for a Service Provider to undertake up to five full feasibility studies on proposed community renewable energy projects in Powys as part of Powys Energy for All.
