The purpose of the procurement was to provide the 22 Local Authorities in Wales including for Welsh Government on behalf of the County Surveyors Society Wales (CSSW), with the necessary professional services in connection with Highway Asset Management Planning. The contracted services will commence in February 2018 for an initial period of 3 years (with an option to extend for a further period of up to 2 years at 12 monthly intervals).
