A number of inconsistencies have been identified between the ITT and the framework agreement. The draft framework used for this process utilised a similar unconnected agreement and it is found that some areas were not removed. Therefore by way of variations the inconsistences will be removed from the framework agreement. None of the variations alter the requirements of the ITT but bring the terms of the framework agreement inline with the ITT and OJEU Notice

Orders – Priority Coding
The following priority coding applies to orders:
A Same Day - Emergency Repairs and Maintenance Works. Before the end of the day order is placed
B Appointment Work - Repairs and Maintenance works where a specific time and day for completion is arranged with the tenant or leaseholder. According To Appointment Stated (Between 2 and 25 days)
C Routine Work – All other Repairs and Maintenance works. Within 20 days.
D Non-Routine Work - Larger-scale Reactive and Planned Works where a quantity of works are required in one property. Between 5 and 66 days
Amended:
Contractors will be required to undertake elements of work, all directly awarded contract packages will detail the works duration and required completion dates in line with the in house contract programme
The Council shall monitor the following Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’) as part of this Framework Agreement. The KPIs are applicable to all lots of the Framework Agreement.
The following Key Performance Information applies to orders:
Kitchen Renewal/refurbishment - 10 days - each element of work will be completed within the required timescale
Bathroom renewal/refurbishment - 5 days - each element of work will be completed within the required timescale
Wetroom renewal/refurbishment - 7 days - each element of work will be completed within the required timescale
Full Electrical Rewire - 2 days – or in line with the In house works programme
Full Heating system - 2 days - or in line with the In house works programme
Kitchen refurbishment, Bathroom refurbishment, Wetroom Rewire Heating 20 days -each element will be completed within the required timescale or in line with the In house works programme
