Carmarthenshire County Council is inviting tenders for the delivery of projects within the Families First Programme for a period of 1 year in the first instance (from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2019), followed by annual extensions up to 31st March 2022. This is all subject to the funding stream being available from Welsh Government, which will be confirmed annually from January 2018.
It has been confirmed by the current providers of this service that there are TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006) implications attached to this contract.
