Description:

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Authority are undertaking a further competition for the provision of Multi-Function Devices and Support on the Welsh Government Multi-Functional Devices and Document Solutions Framework Agreement (MFD2) NPS-ICT-0104–20, to replace our current fleet of MFDs and mono A4 printers with new A3/A4 MFD models across all our administrative/command sites and fire stations. (Which would be 75 new devices in total) As part of the call-off contract, we require the old MFDs/Printers to be removed from each site at the point of installing the new ones, and for the old devices to be recycled/scrapped by the new supplier. In addition to the MFDs themselves, we also require new Managed Print Service software to be installed and configured, as well as a ‘Follow-Me’ single print queue solution to be implemented and rolled out for all our end-users and devices. Support, maintenance/repair and automatic consumable replacement via the new supplier is also required as part of the call-off contract.
